Black bean & Avocado

A 36hr bulk fermented dough designed to be light and crispy stretched out to achieve the "pneumatico della bici" the bike tyre. This simply means the crust puffs up into a hollow void that travels all around the circumference of the pizza. 

Includes a 12" Neapolitan base, San Marzano Tomato sauce baked with garlic infused black beans and topped post bake with diced fragrant tomatoes and crushed avocado with lemon and coriander!
